Provides friendly and efficient service to guests according to company policies, procedures, programs and performance standards. Performs all duties to maximize guest satisfaction and a quality work environment as directed by General Manager or Manager on Duty.
Responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately preparing and responsibility serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner. Follows standard recipes, mixes ingredients and prepares cocktails and other drinks. Offers and serves food items to guests, collects payment for drinks served and maintains bar area clean, sanitary and organized.
At HQ, Bar Backs support our best-in-class service with hospitality for our guests. They are experts at the technical side of the job - keeping the bar and storage areas clean and stocked by demonstrating outstanding energy, urgency and attention to detail.
Completes all assigned prep list items and sets up cook's line stations. Maintains product presentations, product quality and cook time standards. Prepares all menu items according to HQ recipes, plate presentations and specifications.
The primary responsibility of the food prep operator is to count, record, calculate and prepare all products needed for the production staff utilizing the chopper, slicer, tamer, oven, steam table, fryer, and utensils while maintaining cleanliness, security, safety, uniform and company rules.
